You may remember that when we were planning our trip to Scotland, I excitedly posted this blog entry about the trip planning service we found. Secret Scotland.
As we planned our trip, we developed a lovely email relationship with Aurelia and Mike, the owners of the company.
Then it happened that they were be travelling through the area we would be spending our second week, and offered to stop by one night and prepare an authentic Scottish dinner for us at our rental.
Wow…a customized guide book; meeting our new friends in person; AND dinner too!
We had a wonderful dinner and a wonderful evening! Here are the pictures to prove it. I really don’t think they need any comentary, do you?







Thanks, Aurelia & Mike. When you finally decide to visit St. Louis, we’ll return the favor. But, of course, it will be in our own kitchen and you won’t have to pitch a tent! 😀
