  1. I love the flavors in this. What a great recipe! What was the pecan butter like? did the pecan taste come through strongly?
    Deborah responds: Thanks, Amy. The pecan butter never did get smooth like peanut or almond butters do. It stayed a little grainy. I think the pecan taste stayed strong in the balls because I mixed the pecan butter into the rice instead of just using the chopped pecans like I originally planned.
