SSS Week #4 – Thai Chicken Salad
Jerry Drew week four of our SlowTrav’s Sunday Salad Samplers.
His choice was a winner with me even before I studied the recipe. Anything Thai is a winner with me. EVERYTHING Thai is a winner with me.
I’m not going to repeat the post of the full recipe. You will find it in the blog entries of most of our participants.
I’m just going to show you the finished product. Digitally immortalized since it is already all gone. We had it for lunch yesterday, again for supper, and I finished off the last of it as a bedtime snack.
Looks great! I can’t wait to make it-I’m usually make that week’s item early in the week, but this salad will have to wait until lunch or dinner today. Haven’t even been to the store yet.

I halved the recipe and had no leftovers. Will be making it soon to share with friends. Great recipe!
I loved this salad too! Looks great on your blue and white plate.
I also made half of the recipe since the flavor palate and veggies are not in David’s wheelhouse, but I certainly like it. And I love your blue plate.
