    I wonder what alternative filling might work instead of the salmon. Sauteed greens? Roasted pumpkin?

  3. Outstanding job! I really like the idea of a savory cheesecake – was it difficult to cut into small squares? If anyone invites us to a holiday party . . .
    Deborah responds: Marcia, it cuts really easily if you it for several hours before cutting. Then use a knife that is long enough to cut through the whole 8″. You want it to come to room temperature before serving it.
